Amazing Service!
"I called the company yesterday about a clogged sink, and Neil came and fixed it this morning, less than 24 hours before my call yesterday. And on New Year's Eve! He was so helpful and explained everything to me as he went, and he outlined the issues in our system that we'll need to get resolved in future so that this doesn't keep happening. All for extremely reasonable prices! We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Will definitely be using them again."

"Neil and his team helped my Mom fix a number of huge plumbing problems covering everything from the main sewer line to toilets, shower, and a sink. He was always extremely communicative, honest, and professional. His prices were very fair and he never performed any work without providing a detailed explanation and cost of fixing the isuues. Most impressively, he personally spent a great deal of time working on the project himself and made many trips at no charge just to make sure everything was working and helping us manage the city in dealing with a root filled septic line under the driveway. We highly recommend Know the Flow for their expertise and integrity. "

"We had a new gas dryer delivered over the weekend. I called Monday afternoon and it was hooked up by lunch time on Tuesday. Reasonable price (even came in under quote) and will happily call again if/when we need plumber services."
